Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years post-licensure, a passion for (or interest in) working systemically and treating couples, as well as a high commitment to lifelong learning, teamwork, and professional growth.
About Us:
Couples Counseling ATL is the only group practice in Georgia dedicated to couples therapy. Widely known for the quality of our work with couples, we specialize in the integration of the leading state-dependent models in the field including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. As part of our suite of services to the individuals seeking couples therapy, we also offer evidence-based, TEAM-CBT, the most evidence based, rapid treatment for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship problems.
We offer a wide range of services including weekly 90-minute sessions, premarital workshops, one-day couples workshops, marathon couples therapy, online therapy, private intensive retreats, continuing education workshops for therapists, and classes.
A fantastic opportunity for the right individual(s), we provide a beautiful and stimulating environment, training in level I and level II Gottman Therapy, weekly 90-minute clinical 1:1 consultation, monthly group consultation, yearly CEU stipend, lovely team atmosphere and excellent compensation. We are offering both:
Full time (40 hour) W-2 salaried positions with bonus structure) with benefits (health care and dental).
Part time (20-30 hour) W-2 split fee positions
Position requirements include completion of Level I and Level II Gottman trainings, ongoing participation in staff meetings, group and weekly consultation, and working three evenings and one weekend day per week. Possibilities for more time, and day shifts as time goes on.
